TV Bratislava is a regional television of the capital of the Slovak Republic, Bratislava. It was established in 2007, after obtaining a license for television broadcasting.
It is also the largest regional television in Slovakia. It provides intelligence services mainly to the inhabitants of Bratislava and the whole region. Its program focuses mainly on specific areas, typical of people from the capital: municipal policy, transport, construction, environment, culture, art and leisure activities.
It spreads the signal via classic linear networks and DVB-T. In addition, the signal streams to the television website www.tvba.sk 24 hours a day. The site contains an archive of all contributions to the broadcast - video on demand service.
According to the audience survey, it has about 200,000 regular viewers, about 40,000 a day, in a city with 500,000 inhabitants.
CE TV Central Television is a free and independent medium with freely and independently created content. Only valid laws and the Constitution of the Slovak Republic are decisive for the creation of this content.
The TV signal is broadcast via the Hispasat 30W-5 satellite (30 ° W) for Pantelio, Magio TV, Fiber tv Orange customers and also via SATRO MMDS. The analog and digital signal is distributed in cable distribution systems in Nitra, Topoľčany, Trenčín, Zlaté Moravce, Žiar nad Hronom, Bánovce nad Bebravou, Prievidza, Partizánske, Vrábly, Šali, Galanta, Sered, Komárno and many other cities in Slovakia.
