<p><b>Nessma TV</b> (Arabic: قناة نسمة‎, translation: Breeze channel) is a commercial TV channel located in Tunisia, it has a range covering Tunisia, Morocco, Algeria, Libya and Mauritania. </p><p>Mediaset owns 25% of it. All programmes broadcast on this channel have subtitles in French or Maghrebi Arabic. It broadcasts such programs like Maghreb version of Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?, called Man sa yarbah al malyoon. </p><p> The TV channel was launched on March 16, 2007, by Nabil and Ghazi Karoui in partnership with Tarak Ben Ammar and Silvio Berlusconi. <span style="font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, " segoe="" ui",="" roboto,="" "helvetica="" neue",="" arial,="" "noto="" sans",="" sans-serif,="" "apple="" color="" emoji",="" "segoe="" ui="" symbol",="" emoji";="" font-size:="" 0.9rem;"="">It was created it as a subsidiary of Karoui & Karoui World Group.</span></p>
