Manhattan Neighborhood Network (MNN) offers media education, classes, facilities and equipment to independent media makers. MNN broadcasts 5 public access stations. Manhattan Neighborhood Network (MNN) is the public access center serving the borough of Manhattan.

MNN runs five cable channels on the RCN, Spectrum and Verizon FiOS cable systems in Manhattan. MNN also provides low-cost media education and training services as well as access to video production equipment and facilities.
